About Calvary UPC

Calvary church had its humble beginning on October 27th, 1990, meeting at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center in Denton, Texas. Pastors Phillip and Debbie Hudson responded to the quest to develop a spirit-filled church that would become the epicenter of Pentecostal faith in North Texas. In just over ten years, Calvary Church grew beyond three of its former facilities and now enjoys the blessing of it’s newly completed 24,000 square foot worship center.

Our congregation is comprised of a multi-cultural blend of all walks of life representing a broad spectrum of God’s grace at work in our community. We offer a diversified format of ministries that are designed to reach every aspect of life.
